Boris Ivesha - President & Chief Executive Officer
	Boris Ivesha has a wide experience in hotel management and development of hotel projects. During his career he spent 20 years in London, where he initiated several hotel projects, was General Manager of several well-known hotels and co-ordinated hotel projects in various countries. Boris Ivesha has been the driver behind the growth of Park Plaza Hotels Europe.

Chen Moravsky - Chief Financial Officer & Member of the Board
	Chen’s expertise is the result of vast experience in financial accounts, audits, planning and evaluation, starting with Deloitte in Tel Aviv where Chen worked for 5 years. Following Deloitte, Chen was Finance Director for the Red Sea Group, where having overseen the company’s management office in Europe was responsible for operational reports, financial statements and strategic business investment.
As Chief Financial Officer for Park Plaza Hotels, Chen oversees all financial matters within a project planning, development and expansion arena.
